Gauchos meats are the highlight of your dining experience. We slow-roast them in our rotisserie oven, in the churrasco style of the gauchos, to bring out their natural juices and exceptional taste.

Delicious sides of sweet plantains, papa criolla (baby yellow potatoes), yucca, black beans, and rice accompany the main course. The Gauchos walk the dining room and continue to arrive at your table with their sizzling skewers as long as your card displays the Green side. We offer over 12 meats including:

The way we cook our meat, churrasco (shoo-rhas'co) style, is inspired by the gaucho ranchers who would wait for their wood burning fires to turn into golden embers, and then skewer and slowly cook their meat to perfection.
